It was a pleasure working with you on our recent home purchase in Chappaqua. For David and I, this
home search was the last one we want to do for a long time. We were moving from the city and looking
for a home to raise our children and a place where our family would feel "at home." Because this
purchase was such an important decision for our family, it was critical for us to feel completely
comfortable with our agent's experience and knowledge of the market.
You were able to put us at ease quickly by taking the time to get to know us and understand what we were
really looking for in our home. When we went on home tours, you also kept up with what we liked and
did not like in the various houses. Coupling this attention to detail with your knowledge of the town and
surrounding areas was comforting to us as buyers. Your comments were extremely relevant to us and
helped us greatly with our decision.
In addition, you helped us conduct an extremely thorough search for our home. Using the home alerts
you set up, we were able to preview listings and provide comments to you on which homes we were
interested in touring. Since you had already walked through most (if not all) the homes on our list, you
were able to provide helpful insights about the homes based on our preferences to narrow down our list
and focus our time appropriately. We feel no stone was left unturned during our search which made us
confident with our purchase.
Moving from the city to the suburbs is a big change. To make matters even more interesting, we were
under a time crunch due to the impending arrival of our second child as well as the sale of our co-op in
the City. You prepared us in advance for all the necessary steps in the sales process in Westchester so
once we found our home we could move from the initial offer to closing very quickly - which we did
within four weeks.
Your attention to our wants and needs in a home, your patience during our search and your assistance in
preparing us for the negotiations and purchase were invaluable. We would gladly recommend you to
